Welcome to FindUrMeds!
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FindUrMeds website at https://findurmeds.com ("Website") and the services provided by SashaPodolsky LLC, doing business as FindUrMeds ("FindUrMeds," "we," "us"). By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Description of FindUrMeds
FindUrMeds is a service that helps patients locate medications at pharmacies when their prescriptions are difficult to find due to drug shortages. We search pharmacies on your behalf to find where your medication is in stock.
2. Service and Payment
When you place an order with FindUrMeds, we conduct a search across pharmacies in your area to locate your medication. The price that applies to your search is shown at checkout before you pay. Payment is processed securely through Stripe and is charged when you place your order, not when we deliver a result.
Refunds, restarts and credits are governed by our Refund & Search Policy at https://findurmeds.com/refund-policy, which forms part of these Terms. The version of that policy in effect on the date of your purchase governs that purchase.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use FindUrMeds. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement and that you hold a valid prescription for any medication you ask us to locate.
4. Your Account
You agree to provide accurate and complete information, to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, and to be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
5. SMS/Text Message Terms
By providing your phone number to FindUrMeds, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to your medication search, including notifications when your medication is found, search status updates, and service communications.

- Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS communications
- Reply HELP for assistance
- Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use our service; we will communicate via email instead
6. Provider Outreach
FindUrMeds may contact healthcare providers via phone, SMS, or email to inform them about our free medication location service. Provider contact information is sourced from publicly available directories. Providers may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.
7. User Data and Privacy
We collect and store user data, including name, email, phone number, medication information, and payment information, as necessary to provide our services. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://findurmeds.com/privacy-policy.
8. Medical Disclaimer
FindUrMeds is not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, or medical advice service. We do not dispense medications, provide medical advice, or make treatment recommendations. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding your medications.
9. Limitation of Liability
FindUrMeds makes reasonable efforts to locate medications but cannot guarantee availability. Pharmacy stock levels change frequently. A medication reported as in stock may no longer be available by the time you visit the pharmacy.
10. Payment Disputes
If you believe you have been charged in error or are owed a refund, contact us at sasha@findurmeds.com before contacting your bank. We respond to refund requests within one business day. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks that fall outside our Refund & Search Policy, and to submit our records of your order, authorization and search activity in doing so.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
12. Updates to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect on the date of your purchase governs that purchase. Changes are reflected in the "Last Updated" date above.
