These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the FindUrMeds website at https://findurmeds.com ("Website") and the services provided by FindUrMeds LLC. By using our Website and services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Description of FindUrMeds

FindUrMeds is a service that helps patients locate medications at pharmacies when their prescriptions are difficult to find due to drug shortages. We search pharmacies on your behalf to find where your medication is in stock.

2. Service and Payment

When you place an order with FindUrMeds, we conduct a search across pharmacies in your area to locate your medication. Our current pricing is $30 per medication search. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. If we are unable to locate your medication, you will not be charged.

3. SMS/Text Message Terms

By providing your phone number to FindUrMeds, you consent to receive SMS/text messages related to your medication search, including notifications when your medication is found, search status updates, and service communications.

- Message frequency varies based on your search activity
- Message and data rates may apply
- Reply STOP to any message to opt out of SMS communications
- Reply HELP for assistance
- Opting out of SMS will not affect your ability to use our service; we will communicate via email instead

4. Provider Outreach

FindUrMeds may contact healthcare providers via phone, SMS, or email to inform them about our free medication location service. Provider contact information is sourced from publicly available directories. Providers may opt out at any time by replying STOP or contacting us.

5. User Data and Privacy

We collect and store user data, including name, email, phone number, medication information, and payment information, as necessary to provide our services. For details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy at https://findurmeds.com/privacy-policy.

6. Medical Disclaimer

FindUrMeds is not a pharmacy, healthcare provider, or medical advice service. We do not dispense medications, provide medical advice, or make treatment recommendations. Always consult your healthcare provider regarding your medications.

7. Limitation of Liability

FindUrMeds makes reasonable efforts to locate medications but cannot guarantee availability. Pharmacy stock levels change frequently. A medication reported as in stock may no longer be available by the time you visit the pharmacy.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.

9. Updates to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified of any changes via email.
